If you don't want to talk, why are you here?

I've been here for a while but it's a bit sad to note that most people here don't want to talk. You know, I can't understand the logic of knowing a person without talking. And forming a relationship without communication. If you can understand it, please let me know and I'll spare sometime to listen to you lay down and extract all the reasons on how this logic works.
