It means he's lying, careful girls.Ask for FB acct. of someone before you give your contact details, to make sure they are true, not scammers.I blocked the member coz he dont have FB acct.but he insist he have and I think he's a scammer.

You're inability to not find his account on Facebook is by no means an indication that he is fake. Anyone with an account on FB knows that you can limit who who can see the account through their privacy settings.
