Can I cook? CAN I COOK?!?!?! Well hells yes I can cook!!!
~-~-~-~- DRAGON CLAWS -~-~-~-~
You will need, large fresh jalapeno peppers, thick cut bacon, cheese (I prefer smoked aged cheddar, but whatever you prefer based on personal taste and availability should suffice), and 2 skewer sticks per 4 Dragon Claws.
Slice open the peppers and carefully destroy their innards with tip of knife, do not remove any part of innards. Stuff cheese inside the peppers and try to to trap it underneath the seeds and pepper guttywut material. Pinch slices shut, wrap tightly with bacon, and affix bacon with two skewer sticks, head and toe as it were, making sure the slice on each claw is oriented up the same direction on skewer assembly. Place on broiler pan (or similar rack object - NOT a cookie sheet) in oven preheated to 475 Fahrenheit WITH SLICED SIDE DOWN, for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 425, turn Claw assembly over (slices up) for 25 minutes, or until bacon is fully cooked. (The reason for the orientation and 2 temperatures is the bacon on the unslicey side needs be browned before the cheese all melts and runs out, then when turned slices up, the roasting may take its sweet time and roll on in to perfection.) Remove from heat. Let stand until cooled down, at least 10 minutes, and eat with people you love. :mrgreen
I can ...
But they're too many to mention...
But when I cook,
I dont ever let the RECIPE tell me how much SEASONING I put in...
I MEASURE it with my ❤.
In other words, your new special someone should not allow you to cook for them if you're mad at them? :P lol (kidding)
No, I will eat alone somewhere without his presence if am mad at him... I dont see a point of letting him cook and eat together if am mad... I need air so I would go somewhere to let my anger slip away.
Oh Snap! You're gonna love this Gab....before I moved to Wisconsin me and a couple buddies would do bbq-ed Dragon Claws out of the back of a pickup, down where the buttload of bars are (The Sacramento Barmuda Triangle), starting a few hour before bars closed and going till we ran out of love: bloody STREET FOOD baby!
I have not tasted all the street foods in the world but it is always my favorite... I appreciate all the vendors for doing a great job and for serving (me) their delicious and economical cuisine.
Well thanks for your absentee appreciation Gab.
We charged $3 per Claw, 2 for $5. Is that economical?
We always sold out.
Am not familiar with dollar rate.. am too slow on converting things in mathematical ways... it gives me headache and it feels like am in other foreign country that I need to find a translation on every words i hear...I hate numbers... I even struggled a lot to passed my algebra😁😁... so have no idea...but since you say its always sold out...then maybe thats economical enough..
