Why not forgive him after you leave him? Why carry around a resentment? I think people have the power to leave the past behind them, after acting on the events in the moment. To not forgive the cheater is to give them a permanent share of yourself, a power over you. When someone pisses me off, I pray for them to be happy and fulfilled; it makes it easier to forgive and forget when you're wishing joy on them - at least for me.
I tend to agree. Staying mad about something or someone that's long gone and in the past only hurts you. They don't care, they may not even remember you anymore. There's no utility in that and some people will carry that into their future relationships and take it out on those people who are innocent. Not everyone does that, but carrying around resentment isn't healthy.. emotionally or psychologically. As for the original question, sure I could forgive them. I don't think I could trust her again, though, so that's probably the end of the road.
NOOOOOOOO!😂😂😂.. why should I?.. If he DID it ONCE...He might DO it over and over and over and over AGAIN..its the same story...stop STUPIDITY!
