When A Rose Picked Me



I'm waiting all alone for the most special Rose,

I'll thank God that it's me her heart choose.

No one knows how it is things like this come to be,

But I'll be ever thankful that her desire was meant for me.



For so long I've searched for a woman like this,

I was almost convinced that she just didn't exist.

I looked as far as to thee ends of the makers creation,

Searching for that woman finding me fitting her imagination.



Now I wait for her to arrive on that blessed day,

When at each other we first gaze and then say.

Life is about to begin for all that we wish to do,

I'm so glad that you're here and that I waited for you.



God gave us two eyes so that each other we could see,

He gave us two hands to hold for you and for me.

But why did God give us just the one lonely heart?

So that in each other we two could find our missing part.



Once we are together we will finally be made whole,

Off into life hand in hand we two may stroll.

Once together happy forever more we will be,
