More about me:

So here's me....

I am a musician and I was in a band for about 5 years, toured a bit, hated touring, turned down record contracts and moved on. I was the lead singer and lead songwriter and pianist/keyboardist here and there. I still go on the road with various acts here and there and my music is played by numerous people around the country and now over seas in London. Nothing big, but it is out there and people enjoy it as far as my clients tell me.
Looks wise? I never try to describe myself, I'm not self centered, I'll let you do that. But I have never been skinny, never been too overweight, always have been stronger than a lot of people and, at this point, have a healthy diet and a good plan for exercising. But if you're looking for someone to be with for looks and showing off, I'm not interested (too shallow for me)(and that whole income thing is kind of worthless. I'm a student, students are usually running on basics, but my music and writing make some extra. Besides it shouldn't matter much as long as I can pay for the date).
Romantically, I'm am just fine in that area of knowledge.
In terms of maturity, I'm a gentleman that can have a great time with whatever he does. I generally am told to go after people my age or higher, but it really, to me, depends on the person.
My friends go to me a lot for support, for love, for comfort, for generosity, advice, listening, etc. I'm very relied on as a person.
I love the water, mainly Ocean. California, for all of it's crappy qualities, has one thing that has kept me here, and that is the big Pacific and the waves. I love surfing and I love being around the water.

What I'm looking for? I want a woman who is caring, respecting, accepting, empathetic, loves to laugh, loves to talk about many things in conversation, is intelligent, loving, friendly to herself and myself and others, is sentimental (in terms of showing emotion and meaning rather than being emotionless) loves to have fun and enjoy life and loves music. Another quality that is nice for a woman to have is the acceptance of generosity, considering I'm a generous and thoughtful. A beautiful girl is a secondary quality I look for, but it's always nice to have.
