I'm a full-time student at the Southern Institute of Technology (SIT) in the 2nd year of my Bachelor of Environmental Management degree. Obviously I'm interested in protecting the environment from harm and volunteer for local projects (tree plantings, pest trappings, etc).
I'm originally from Canada but my parents are kiwis and most of my relatives either live in NZ or Australia. I've been in the country since 2005 and lived in Hawke's Bay until I moved to Invercargill in 2010 for school.
I never realized how hard it is to describe myself before signing up! I'm not a party guy by any means and prefer small gatherings. I like to keep things fairly simple and laid back. I enjoy talking to people and expanding my horizons by doing so. I'm an honest and mature person by nature but am also funny (at least in my own mind!).
