Hello and welcome to me,first off let me introduce my self I am Paul.
After dipping my toes sporadically in this dating forum I have decided to update and try to explain me a tad better.

For a start I am a single solvent ex sailor with a mild case of the Peter Pan syndrome though age and leaving the Royal Navy after 25 years is starting to relieve the symptoms which is not a great thing (sniffle). I have no children unless you count my naval mates and ex naval mates but as they are all over 18 they technically do not count,
i own my own home and the car in the picture is not my 'Extension ' lol it is my present to me after my pay off,this allows me to get from A to B in comfort and fast.This enables me to say with honesty that i am not really worried about a distance relationship which leads me neatly on to what I am looking for.

I suppose I am looking for some one to share lots of things including the good and bad times with,my bad times usually occour around the start of the 6 Nations and depending on which Team England field will control the bad times,if they as usual alternate between an international squad and the Brownies starting 15 then it is a rollercoaster ride of emotions that have my toys in and out of the pram and a rapid rate of knots,I suppose I would like to meet some one with an off the wall sense of humour and like people watching,am well aware that most people have other responsibilities with family and willing to be flexible to suit these situations.
Am not looking to live in that persons pocket as firmly believe a 24/7 relationship cannot be good for any one as you both have to have a bit of space and me time.

after all that waffling you must be bored of reading so will leave you by saying 'Faint heart never won fair maid' and if you decide to get in contact and we get on i will ask to meet as you can chat for ages online but until you actually meet face to face you will never know if you do or don't,Paul :D
