Hmmm... Where do I begin? It's so awkward telling you about myself and even though I'm typing this behind a laptop within the confines of my cozy apartment---I seriously feel nervous like I'm on a first date! Geez!

Okay seriously. I'm a nerdy black girl who enjoys curling up to a good book on rainy nights. I'm also a blogger and enjoy writing and providing social commentary about random things from current events, pop culture, to my own personal rants and raves about being a nerdy black girl.

I enjoy staying indoors most of the time, but when I do socialize and decide to become a part of society once in awhile, I like to do cultural things like visit art exhibits, poetry jams, cute boutique shops that sell items you've never heard of. I just enjoying seeing and being exposed to new things. I enjoy going out to the movies of course and love to eat (I don't discriminate with food!). So I'm pretty easy to please.

I absolutely LOVE God so if you're not down with Jesus---it's not gonna work. I just have to blunt about that.
