More about me:

I am looking for someone who is extremely honest and upfront yet compassionate. Someone who loves children. And someone who doesn't play games, turn everything into a competition, or make assumptions. Life is too short and precious to waste on such things.

I also need someone to tell me when I'm being a jerk. I try to learn from these moments of enlightenment.

I WILL wait to find these qualities.

I believe a relationship should be: a partnership, give and take, open, honest, supportive

I: love to have fun but sometimes need a push, enjoy relaxing, love to laugh, try to be a good listener, strongly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, have very strong morals, appreciate life, like to stop and smell the roses, like to cook occasionally, firmly believe that 1+1 is way more than two, like to volunteer and do charitable activities, believe strongly in the Golden Rule and Serenity Prayer, enjoy romance, don't like to go to bed (leave a situation) angry

I am: caring, empathetic, faithful, handy, intelligent, funny and sarcastic but occasionally take it too far, perfectly happy to agree to disagree

I used to work for an electrician and then I was a computer consultant. Now I'm a nurse and I really love my job! In nursing I use concern, empathy, and honesty to build a relationship. (Actually, I try to use it in all relationships.) I'm planning on returning to school to further my career but don't have a time frame yet.

I moved from SW MN to SW MO in October of 2015.
