How did this happen. 53 years old and still in search of that mutual glow and tingle.

I am quite tall at 6' in old money and would probably describe myself as a confident business type. Only wear sports gear in the gym, and yes, I like wearing expensive ties and looking smart as you can see.

Old fashioned manners but otherwise very much an modern independent and open minded person. I travel the World as part of my job as a professional trainer, speaker and author. I use the Internet daily and find my around a smart phone and ipad.

People would say I am easy going with a good sense of humour too, However, can be serious when the mood takes me. On the downside, I can be impulsive, occasionally untidy and work too hard, although trying to fix this! I have been told I am too nice, so trying to fix that too!
