I like a lot of different things, from going for a hike to laughing with friends... Travelling to new places as well as dining out with a special someone. I believe that life's most precious moments include laughter and holding hands. I like to listen to the waves as they crash upon the shore as I feel a sea breeze on my face. The loving, protective wave of emotions I feel when my son calls me "Daddy." These are the things that make life worth living.

Here's who I am and what I have to offer:

I've made mistakes in my previous relationship and learned from them. I ultimately seek a life partner and am fully committed to putting effort into meeting that partner's emotional needs... every day.

Life is a beautiful but difficult thing, and I've come to realize it's a lot easier with a teammate when you are genuinely willing to work together.

I'm a man that will treat you with respect and look you in the eyes when I talk to you. I can make you laugh as well as truly listen to what you have to say. I'm opened to try new things and go new places, and do not want the relationship to be "all about me." In fact I want to go out of my way to meet a special lady's emotional needs. I know who I am, and what I want out of life. One of the biggest things that I want is someone very special and loving to share life with.

Time for some pure honesty

You are totally bombarded with prospective suitors, and trying to weed through them, much like a recruiter sorting applicants for a job.

So why should I stand out? There are others that are cuter, more brazen....

Because I will treat you with respect, hold the door for you as we enter, and listen....truly listen to what you say.

Because I've learned that true happiness comes from within and interpersonal relationships, not from possessions. I fully understand the mistakes I made in my previous relationship and will not repeat them.

I am a man willing to be open with my feelings, as well as respect yours. If I can find the right woman, I will fight like hell to keep her happy and safe, yet not treat her as a possession. I'm willing to read and study relationship books proactively..... not because there is a problem in the relationship, but because I want it to continuously improve.

I will let you have the final say in arguments....its just not worth straining the relationship. I will remain faithful and focused, and work my tail off to be a better man because Ill know what a special woman I have beside me.
