I feel a little like Don Draper when filling this out (no not because he drinks a lot and has women issues), because I feel like I have to make a near perfect ad or the deal doesn't get done lol. I like Walking in the rain,exploring wooded trails,people watching,the smell and sound of the ocean,sunset/sunrise,movie marathons, Rock-n-Roll,NPR,Irish Pubs,good company,good drink, and good conversation. Jazz,spoken word,beat.yoga,Laughing...Love a bike ride through the dappled sunlight of the park.This format sort of reminds me of the clothing carousel at the dry cleaners that keeps moving a bit overwhelming until the machine stops and your clothes are found lol...but it appears that this is the new status quo. I still struggle at times with this online approach but I realize casual conversation rarely occurs face to face in 2015 (which is sort of sad). Everything is scripted, no spontaneity, even my profile comments went through a draft! (haha) Anyway, I'm looking for a partner, someone who I can ride the roller coaster together with. Cooking dinner together, going to museums, complaining about our favorite teams losing, working out, etc. Anyone can have fun with international travel to Belize or the south of France, but what about rainy weekends in Oregon in January? Everyday companionship is where it counts. I appreciate wit and good conversation. Good banter (without being too sarcastic) can be fun and keep each other interesting! Looks are not the most important thing, but there must be some level of physical attraction. Introspection and emotional maturity are probably two things I place great value on. Having a laundry list of wants is not my style and I feel its' unrealistic, I have faults and don't expect perfection in return. I'm supportive in nature and can compliment the right person in many areas. It shouldn't be about me or you, but rather us. Yes I do have children and am happy to talk about them again to the right person . Experience has taught me to be able to juggle various aspects of my life. Cheers and best wishes!
