My romantic goal is to find a friendship-based companion, then let time decide if we both wish to take it further...but I'm not in a rush.

My name is Ed and I'm an old school romantic looking for the right lady to surrender my heart. I'm very affectionate and crave the warmth of a gentle caress, hand holding, hugs, snuggling, and of course...romantic kisses. But I'm a gentleman first and will not push boundaries.

I'm athletic and fit and don't spend my weekends on the couch. I'm an avid hiker and love the mountains. I've traveled to the Rockies twice last summer to hike and looking for a lady who also practices a healthy lifestyle.

Only married once for a loooong time and approaching the second year of my divorce. I have two grown boys out of the nest (26 and 21) who I am very proud of.

On the practical side I'm a former Air Force officer who is financially and emotionally secure. I'm currently employed in an exciting job with the Dept of Defense. I also love wine and enjoy a good Merlot with my meals.
