I'll try to write as many true facts as possible to make it an interesting story, without any embellishments and leave as it is, a true story. A story like no other you've ever read!

My name is Giovanni. I was born and raised in Transylvania in a very large Italian family, 11 kids to be exact.

I got bitten by the travel bug at a young age and and I have traveled allover Europe and then I have been allover the Americas, North Central and South. However, there is no better place then the good ol' USA.

I hold a degree in International Business Management and after being the President of a Transportation Logistics Corp., then I quit it and I got into doing what I love doing most, after traveling of course, Cooking.

I see cooking as an art, just like painting. An art that most people don't understand and don't care to. They are like animals, as long as is edible, they are OK with it. I worked as a chef at Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan NY and now I am taking a long vacation on my ranch in Southern California.

I am, by nature, an animal lover and that is why, by God's grace, I got me a horse ranch in Yucaipa and love it. Got me horses, chickens, roosters, ducks, a couple outdoor cats and a veggie garden.

I still love to travel and explore new territories and learn new things, but I want somebody to enjoy life with.
