When you woke in the morning I would kiss you sweetly and make your coffee even though I hate coffee. I would call you at work and flirt with you. When you got home I would drop everything to hug your neck and kiss your lips. I’d ask about your day and tell about mine. I’d put on my boots and work hard at your side. I’d ask you to teach me stuff. I’d ask, not tell you to give me a hand. I’d put on my l shoes and hold on to your arm. I’d sit next to you when we went out for dinner and I’d hold your hand in public because I am so proud to be with you. I would take care of you when you were sick and tell you when you were being too thick. I’d be your partner and your sweetheart. I’d ask your advice and might even take it. (lol) I would never lie, cheat or abuse you. I’d even help you pack for a trip with your girl friends and laugh at your stories when you got home. I would respect, admire, appreciate and adore you and plan great surprises for you. I would spoil you and love you and devote my life to our union. When we went to bed at night I’d make love to you and sleep so well in your arms.
Do not think for a minute I‘m a door mat, I have a voice & a back bone. I know how to stand up for my self & I know how to be single. But I would rather be in love & happily married.
