I'm 55 (time goes so fast), people say I look way younger. I thank my genetics for that. I'm a product of an eclectic family tree, blended cultures.... a 'swirl' of Native American, (2-tribes) / German / Black. I am energetic, active, semi-vegetarian (not a starving vegetarian'... occasional seafood/pescatarian).
