I am profoundly deaf and use British Sign Language to communicate. I have taught myself how to read and write English, although my spelling isn't the best but hey who's is :) i work as admin officer for council and outreach worker in london for deaf clients with mental health needs.

Nothing in life has stopped me from achieving my goals. I work full time and love to drive and most of all I have such an adventurous side. I love going on holidays around the world with family and friends and exploring new places. If there's an event be it food, running a marathon for charity to finding a new hobby I'm always there finding the fun and discovering.

I've come to a place in my life now where I am looking to settle down with the right person.I'm a very sociable person and love meeting new people, especially those who look for adventure and challenges. When I meet people it's initially to make friends and get to know one another on a compatibility level as I believe the best way for people to get to know me and communicate is face to face. So please don't think it's forward if after a few message exchanges that I would like to meet.

As for what I'm planning right now; I am volunting overseas to help out at a school for deaf children this December :) then tour 2 counties.
