More about me:

The elderly population has and will always have a special place in my heart. I work primarily with adults that have swallowing, memory, speech, language, and cognitive deficits. My job can be stressful, but the patients and their stories make it worth it!

Working out is my therapy, because it is one of the few things where I feel like I am in complete control of what I am doing. Therefore, I am constantly in the gym or running outside to relieve stress.

I love almost all kinds of music (although my favorites are classic rock, 90's, and alternative rock). My external hard drive had over 600 full-length cds on it. It recently stopped working, and it was like a little piece of me died inside....

I have played guitar for 10 years, and I try to play a little bit of everything.

I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes; however, I try to eat pretty healthy most of the time.
