I am a Renaissance man. If God made me in his image, then he also made me to be a producer and that I am. My interests are numerous ranging from photography, writing, reading (lots of reading), reading, and more reading. And Art! I'm a big fan of art museums from the big one in Forest Park to the smaller ones such as the Sheldon, Pulitzer, CAM and everything in between. I can stand in front of a great painting for hours studying and appreciating the time the artist spent creating it for my pleasure. I like getting out every now and then to see a good play and I love intelligent, stimulating conversation. I read somewhere that the intellect has its own libido and I have found this to be true. Starbucks, besides having good coffee, is a great place to find intelligent conversation. I mentioned that I love to read. Right now, I'm reading a book called Genome: the autobiography of a species in 23 chapters by Matt Ridley and I must say that it is a pleasant surprise. Poetry? Milton's Paradise Lost is my favorite. Philosophy? Plato and Aristotle. I also follow the markets and day trade as a hobby. Speaking of hobbies, I've written 3 screenplays and self-published a book a long time ago. My choice of music is jazz and when I'm not listening to jazz I prefer NPR because I believe that a mind is a terrible thing to waste. As far as film is concerned, I'm hooked. I have a meetup group and on the weekends we get together to analyze and discuss film.
