More about me:
If you sense a down-to-earth, engaging, open-minded, articulate, compassionate and highly approachable individual, then please do not waver from that initial conclusion.
The very least you should know about me: Far from an introvert, I can strike up a conversation with just about anyone; I love to collect antiques and browse through flea markets; I am crazy about my ’65 Corvair; I am a fan of KU basketball; and I have no shame reflex when it comes to wearing flip flops in public.
Multifaceted yet far from complicated, I enjoy a wide variety of interests and can easily transition from a quiet evening at home to getting all dressed up for a fun night out on the town. I enjoy anything from camping to photography; classic cars to boating; and the theater to scuba diving. What matters most to me, however, is the company I keep, and I value good company and harmonious companionship.
Of all my primary senses, I would have to say that my sense of humor and my sense of adventure typically lead the pack. No matter where I go or what I do, fun and laughter are usually on the agenda, and when opportunity knocks to experience something new and exciting, you probably won’t hear me complain about the noise. I would pair well with a woman of similar spirit and tenacity. Bonus points go to the woman who is not afraid to indulge his spontaneous side on occasion.
As a partner, my main areas of expertise include honesty, compassion and respect. I will always have your best interests at heart and will be your biggest fan and loudest cheerleader, standing by your side in the challenging times and championing you in the best of them.
While engaging eyes and a killer smile will definitely buy a lot with me in a match (and to be more specific, blue eyes paired with dark hair), I also seek something far beneath the surface. I admire someone who is confident and self-assured, yet has no business with ego and arrogance. Instead, he is one for whom kindness is an instinct, honesty is a lifestyle and laughter is a habit. He is the kind of person who knows who he is and what he wants out of life. No, he is not perfect (neither am I) and may have his own perceived limitations. However, he also has no fear in setting out to defy them.
So, let’s just start with a simple “hello” and just go with the flow. We’ll never know until we give it a try.
