I grew up on a farm with a pistol on my hip and either a rifle or shotgun in my hands. I was a big hunter and fisherman but as I got older I lost interest in both, but not in fire arms. My first job was at Sears as a clerk at Christmas time. I made $1 per hour plus a 1% commission. I would take home about $42 per week. But - back then it provided me with all my needs. My father was a mechanic and we had a work shop with every tool known to man (smile). I learned to work with my hands an to weld. This knowledge and my father's tools allowed me to build up a 1939 Ford Coupe and install a highly modified Cadillac engine. I have owned many classic cars over the years but don't really fell like working on them anymore. I have worked as a store clerk, farmer, part owner in a salvage yard, draftsman, electronics tech, customer relations rep, welder, and attorney. I have traveled all over the US, one time on a motorcycle, have been to Europe, Greenland, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, to name a few. At the present time I live on a lake, have a pontoon boat, car, truck and a motor home. Most of these things will soon be gone because my wife and I are going through a friendly divorce. I love to write, am an author and have three books on Amazon. My parents did not have the money to send me to college so I worked my way through. A concept almost unknown in today's world of massive student debt. I graduated from law school with zero debt. I want to find a compatible female who is loving, warm and kind. I like to travel, but also like home time. Cuddle up and watch a TV movie is enjoyable to me. I am a Christian, but don't wear the label on my sleeve. I am white and do not want to date out of my race or religion as there are too many built in problems. Tattoos and body piercing really turn me off, as well as foul language. Small yip-yip dogs drive me nuts. I like most any type of music except the rap-crap. I am a member of Silver Sneakers and like to work out at the gym, but nothing heavy at my age. I want to go on speaking engagements promoting the three books I have published and finish my fourth one. I am politically conservative and comment on web news sites on a daily basis. I have had two relationships with women who suffered from depression. I am an upbeat person and don't want to go through that again.

Warm attractive, not beautiful, average build, Christian, warm, not depressed (I had enough of that-I'm upbeat), prefer some college, politically conservative, fun loving, for the long term.
