I'm a 24 year old male that's just starting to get things figured out. I think... I'm currently working as a poker dealer in charitable gaming poker rooms and I'm soon going to be starting culinary school at Grand Rapids Community College. Ultimately I want to open a restaurant someday, but that's probably quite a while down the line. The goal for now is to make it through culinary school and maybe down the line study abroad somewhere. Other than that...IDK, I'd imagine that I'll add to this at a later date.
