More about me:

Im just a normal dude (depending on your definition of normal). I have a great sense of humor and also a great sense of direction. I love virtually every kind of music except blue grass and country. I like movies, especially a good comedy. I try not to take life too seriously, though I can be extremely grounded when it is necessary. I enjoy hanging with my friends and family when I can, and I consider myself a genuinely good person. I have a very open mind and have alot of respect for people in general. I dislike confrontation and hate arguing, especially over trivial nonsense. I'm very easy going and laid-back. Some of my hobbies include making art through a wide range of media (especially snow, ice, oil, and charcoal), getting outdoors when I can, playing the occasional video game, watching movies, and drinking beer. Sometimes I feel some-what socially awkward, but mostly because I truely think I have a "unique" perspective of those around me and also because I spend alot of time in my own head. I often say and do what many people may consider "inappropriate" and sometimes I get a kick out of creating uncomfortable moments. I have an incredibly dark sense of humor, maybe even somewhat cynical and I see beauty in the most bizarre of places. Ok, that whole normal guy statement I made earlier... you can just disregard that.

About my ideal partner:

I am interested in finding a woman who I feel a strong, lasting connection with. Someone who is honest, sweet and true to herself. Someone who is unique, interesting, perhaps a little nerdy and goofy, and just the right amount of crazy. Tattoos and piercings are a huge plus. A great sense of humor and an open mind is a must!
I have never had much luck with anyone who is superficial, overly clingy, whiney, judgemental, shallow, or materialistic.
Also, I have an 8 year old daughter, so if that is a problem for you, you may not want to waste your time.
